Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3 c. apples, diced
1/2 c. nuts, finely chopped
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Beat together oil, sugar, vanilla and eggs.
Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with apples; keep beating until flour is moistened.
Add nuts; place into greased jelly roll pan and spread dough out in pan.
