Broccoli Corn Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cream-style corn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. coarse saltine cracker crumbs (12)
1 Tbsp. onion
1 Tbsp. bell pepper
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. cracker crumbs (24)
1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Combine corn, broccoli, egg, margarine, cracker crumbs, onion and
bell
pepper; put into a casserole.
Combine 1 cup cracker crumbs
and
melted margarine; sprinkle over mixture. Bake uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
