Chicken A La Queen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
2 green onions, sliced
1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cheese soup
1 c. cubed, processed cheddar cheese spread
1/2 c. half and half
2 c. cooked, shredded chicken
Preparation

In a large saucepan, saute onions in melted butter for one minute. Add remaining ingredients, except chicken. Cook over medium low heat, stirring frequently until cheese is melted. Add chicken. Heat through. Serve over country bread, cut one inch thick and broiled lightly on one side. Place bread on serving plate, toasted side down and top with sauce. Puff pastry, English muffins and biscuits may also be used.
