Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place aluminum foil in 9 x 13-inch pan, then sprinkle on dry soup mix.
    Place the steak on top of the soup; pepper it.
    (Be sure to trim off excess fat.)
    Pour the undiluted mushroom soup over the steak, covering all the steak.
    (I even add a little water because this will become gravy.) Place a sheet of aluminum foil over the top and seal the edges so well that none of the juices can escape.
    (Don't peek in.)
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
