Chilean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 tomatoes
    1 big onion, finely sliced
    salt and pepper
    oil
    1 or 2 green chili peppers
    1 Tbsp. parsley or cilantro, finely chopped
Preparation
    Peel the tomatoes; cut in pieces like orange sections.
    Soften the sliced onion by leaving it in water with salt and a spurt of vinegar for 15 minutes.
    Rinse with water and drain.
