Smoothie Delite - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frozen banana
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. frozen berries (strawberries or blueberries)
    1/3 c. protein powder (optional), available in health stores
Preparation
    Put everything into a blender and whip until smooth.
    The frozen banana really makes it taste like ice cream!
    Serves 2.
    If you add the protein powder, the taste may be affected. Most kids won't like it, but it is healthier.
