Strawberry Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. water
    dash of salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    dash of cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. strawberry jam
Preparation
    Beat eggs with water and salt.
    Pour into hot skillet with butter melted over bottom.
    Cook over medium-high heat until egg liquid is set.
    Dash with cinnamon and nutmeg and spoon jam over eggs.
    Fold half of omelet over jam and flip to other side to cook.
    Slide omelet onto plate.
