Apple Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

5 to 6 apples, peeled, cored and cut
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. oats
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation

Put apples, raisins and water in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle cinnamon and salt over fruit.
Toss to combine.
Combine flour, oats, sugar and margarine until crumbly.
Spread over mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, until apples are tender. Sprinkle cheese over warm crisp.
