Popovers(Dutch Biscuits) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 tbsp. butter
    4 eggs
    1 cup flour
    1 cup milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
    Divide the butter into a popover pan, or muffin pan and melt in oven.
    Beat eggs until foamy, add flour and milk and blend for 1 minute.
    Full pan with batter, bake for 10 minutes, reduce oven temp to 350 degrees and bake for 10 more minutes.
    DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN WHILE BAKING! These will be really big, fluffy rolls, they will flop if you open the oven.
