Never Fail Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    3 c. undiluted evaporated milk
    1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. ginger
    dash of nutmeg
    2 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shells
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar and pumpkin in large bowl.
    Slowly add milk and dry ingredients.
    Pour into pie crusts.
    Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 40 to 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
    Cool. Garnish, if desired, with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
