Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Bisquick or Jiffy
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 c. coconut
Preparation
    Combine milk, sugar, Bisquick, eggs, butter and vanilla in a blender.
    Blend on low speed for 3 minutes.
    Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Let mixture stand for 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle coconut on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
