Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. beef roast
    1 can beer
    6 beef bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 bay leaf
    1 garlic bud
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. minced celery
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in large pan; cover with water.
    Boil 3 to 4 hours or until tender.
    Let stand in broth in refrigerator overnight.
    Slice meat; return to broth and heat.
    Serve with pepperoncini peppers.
