Chicken-Noodle-Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, cooked, boned and cut into small pieces (reserve broth)
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. green onions, sliced
1 can mushroom soup
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms with liquid
1/2 lb. grated Velveeta cheese (reserve 1/2 c. for topping)
1 box frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained
8 oz. pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation

Cook chicken; cool.
Debone and cut into small pieces.
Reserve broth to cook noodles.
Saute celery, green pepper and onions in small amount of margarine.
Combine chicken, sauteed vegetables, mushrooms with liquid, soup and cheese.
Add a bit of broth if it seems too thick, but be careful not to make it \"soupy!\"
