Chicken Salad Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken (2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
    1 c. seedless white grapes
    1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts
    1 c. slivered almonds
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. diced celery
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. curry powder or to taste
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook chicken; remove from bone and cut into bite-size pieces. Mix chicken, grapes, chestnuts, celery and slivered almonds.
    Mix mayonnaise, curry powder, lemon juice and soy sauce; add to chicken and mix well.
    Chill.
    Serves 12 to 15.
