Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) baking potatoes
1/4 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cooked, crumbled slices bacon
1 Tbsp. Bac*Os
vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
dash of pepper
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Wash potatoes; rub skins with oil.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour. Allow potatoes to cool to touch.
Cut a 1-inch strip, lengthwise, from top of each potato.
Scoop out pulp.
Combine pulp and all other ingredients, except cheese and bacon bits, in a small bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until lumps disappear. Stuff shells with mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Add cheese and bacon bits.
Bake until cheese melts.
