Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef chuck roast
    3 drops Tabasco
    1 1/4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 to 2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    onion powder or 1 small onion (as desired)
    1 1/2 bottles catsup
    1 bottle chili sauce
Preparation
    Take a chuck roast and boil in water for several hours or all day or overnight in a crock-pot.
    Separate, discard fat and shred very thin.
    To meat, add Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, butter, sugar, onion powder or onion, catsup and chili sauce.
    If more catsup is needed for right consistency, add it.
    Heat and serve on buns.
