Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef roast chuck
    Kitchen Bouquet
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of onion soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Brush roast with Kitchen Bouquet, completely covering all sides.
    Place roast in baking dish large enough to add soup and water around roast.
    Carefully seal roast completely in aluminum foil.
    Cook in 300\u00b0 oven, without opening roast, 4 hours or until done.
    When the roast is done, the gravy is also made.
