Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 stick Ritz crackers
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together in casserole dish. Bake 50 minutes. Remove from oven. Mix crackers and oleo. Put on top of casserole. Return to oven for 10 minutes longer.
