Just Like Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, without skin
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. seasoning salt
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    buttermilk (to dip chicken in)
Preparation
    Dip chicken in buttermilk.
    Let set while you mix the other ingredients.
    Then in a shaker bag, shake chicken and flour mixture until well coated.
    Spray a baking dish with Pam and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
    You may need to broil for 2 to 3 minutes when done.
    This leaves a crispy crust just like frying, but it has no oil.
