Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Nabisco cracker meal
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    4 (4 oz.) boneless chicken breasts (about 1 lb.)
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. mild, medium or hot thick and chunky salsa (optional)
Preparation
    In shallow bowl, combine cracker meal, cumin and garlic powder.
    Dip each chicken breast in egg, then coat with crumb mixture.
    In large skillet, over medium-high heat saute chicken in margarine until golden brown on both sides.
    Cover; reduce heat and cook 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
    Serve with salsa if desired.
