Taco Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. tomato paste
    11 c. water
    2 1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 1/4 c. corn syrup
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Combine tomato paste, water, vinegar, corn syrup and spices and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour, or until thick.
    Stir frequently to avoid sticking.
    Pour into hot jars leaving 1/4-inch headspace.
    Adjust caps.
    Process 30 minutes in boiling water bath.
