Mixed Green Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 to 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. packed bite size mixed salad greens
2 carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally
1/2 c. sliced radish
1 small endive, diagonally sliced 1/2-inch thick
1 small onion, thinly sliced (optional)
Preparation

In large bowl whisk oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Add next five ingredients; toss well to coat.
Serve immediately.
