Bok Choy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch bok choy
    2 c. diced chicken
    2 stalks scallions
    1/2 c. sesame seed
    1 c. slivered almonds
    2 pkg. Ramen Oriental noodles
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 pkg. season mix from Ramen noodles
Preparation
    Chop bok choy, cooked chicken and scallions; put in a large bowl.
    Saute sesame seed, almonds and noodles in butter over low heat until slightly browned.
    Put in a separate bowl.
    Mix sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and seasoning; put this in a bowl.
    Do not mix the 3 until ready to serve.
