Egg Foo Yong - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1 c. cooked, chopped shrimp
    1 c. bean sprouts
    1/4 c. sliced mushrooms (fresh)
    3 Tbsp. thinly sliced water chestnuts
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add shrimp and vegetables; mix thoroughly. Heat oil in skillet.
    Place about 1/4 cup egg mixture in oil; brown lightly on each side.
    Serve with sweet-sour sauce and soy sauce and sprinkle with green onions.
