Homemade Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 to 2 c. cabbage, chopped
5 to 6 carrots, sliced
2 cans corn
2 cans tomatoes
1 can sweet peas
1 to 2 c. butter beans
Preparation

Brown ground beef in 5-quart pot.
Drain off grease.
Add onion, beans, carrots, corn and cabbage.
Cook until carrots are tender, then add tomatoes and peas.
Cook on medium-high for 1 hour.
