Beef And Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean stewing beef or rump roast, cut in small pieces
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 cans beef broth
1 can mushroom soup
8 oz. noodles or dried dumplings
1 can Milnot
Preparation

Dust meat with flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Heat oil in Dutch oven.
Add meat and cook until brown.
Drain.
To the meat add broth and simmer until meat is tender.
Stir in soup.
Cook dumplings or noodles according to directioned on package and drain. Add to meat with Milnot.
Taste and add salt and pepper.
Cook until hot and well blended.
