Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cream together first 3 ingredients and then add dry mixture. Chill for 1 hour.
    Roll cookies into balls and then in sugar and cinnamon.
    Press with fork.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Makes 5 dozen.
