Pork And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 or 2 lb. boneless pork roast, tenderloin roll or a country cut rib
    1 lb. bag fresh sauerkraut
    1/2 lb. frozen home-style noodles or or 1 egg batch homemade noodles
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. water with 2 beef bouillon cubes or 1 can beef broth
Preparation
    Cook meat, waterless, in heavy Dutch oven or in electric skillet on low until very tender.
    Remove meat to plate.
    Scrape brown drippings loose.
    Add water, bouillon or broth and sauerkraut.
    Cover and continue cooking.
    Cut meat into bite-size pieces and add to sauerkraut with brown sugar and onion.
    Cook 1 hour.
    If necessary, add additional water/bouillon or broth.
    Last 25 minutes add noodles.
    Stir occasionally until noodles are tender.
    Can be made with Polish or any sausage.
