Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen pie crust (ready made)
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 c. chicken broth
2/3 c. milk
2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 tsp. green pepper
1 c. chopped potatoes (precooked)
Preparation

Heat margarine until melted.
Blend in flour, onions, salt and pepper.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
Remove from heat and stir in broth and milk. Heat to a boil, stirring constantly.
Stir in chicken and vegetables.
