Stir-Fry Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pork, julienned
    1 onion, quartered and sliced
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    2 tart apples, pared, cored and diced
    2 1/2 c. cabbage, shredded
    2 Tbsp. apple juice or water
    salt, pepper and caraway or fennel seed to taste
Preparation
    Heat margarine in a large heavy skillet.
    Add onion and stir-fry for 3 minutes, until partially cooked.
    Add apples and stir-fry over high heat 3 more minutes.
    Add juice or water. Cover skillet; simmer 3 to 4 minutes.
    Remove lid; stir in pork and sprinkle with seasonings.
    Stir in sour cream and stir-fry to heat thoroughly.
