Cashew Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. milk
1 3/4 to 2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1 c. cashews
Preparation

Grease a 9-inch square pan. In a saucepan, melt butter and add brown sugar.
Cook over low heat for about 2 minutes, stirring until mixture boils.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Gradually add confectioners sugar until the mixture is of fudge consistency. Add nuts. Pour and spread into prepared pan. Let cool.
Makes about 36 pieces.
