Cheddar Cheese Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    3/4 c. butter
    6 oz. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. water (approximately)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Cut in 1/2 cup butter.
    Add cheese and mix well.
    Add enough water to hold ingredients together.
    Roll out on floured board to 14 x 8-inch rectangle.
    Dot with 2 tablespoons butter.
    Fold corners into center.
    Roll out again and dot with 2 tablespoons butter.
    Fold in corners again.
    Wrap in wax paper and chill for 30 minutes.
    Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness and cut into strips.
    Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
