Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. softened cream cheese
    1 unbeaten egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    2 tsp. vinegar
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, egg and 1/3 cup sugar for center.
    Stir in chocolate chips.
    Set aside.
    Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt, then add water, vinegar, oil and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Fill muffin cups 1/2 full.
    Drop one heaping teaspoon in middle of chocolate batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Yields 24 muffins.
