Bierocks(German Hamburger) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cabbage, shredded
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. Parker House rolls, thawed
Preparation
    Steam cabbage and onion until cabbage wilts and onion is transparent.
    Brown beef and drain.
    Combine onion, cabbage and beef; let cool.
    Meanwhile mash together 2 rolls and roll into circle.
    Put 4 tablespoons meat mixture on circle; draw up sides. Turn pinched side down.
    Place on greased cookie sheet, don't crowd.
    Let rise for 1 hour.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. Yield:
    12 rolls.
