Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix as you would any other cake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until it springs back when touched, about 30 minutes.
