Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box chopped broccoli
    1 large diced onion
    6 Tbsp. creamed cottage cheese
    3 beaten eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 stick softened margarine
    dash of hot pepper or sauce
    1 box Jiffy cornmeal muffin mix
Preparation
    Thaw and drain broccoli.
    Mix broccoli, onion, cottage cheese, eggs, margarine and hot sauce.
    Stir in muffin mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Freezes well.
