Grape-Nuts Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 c. Grape-Nuts
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg (optional)
Preparation
    Warm milk. Add Grape-Nuts and let stand for 15 minutes.
    Beat eggs and add to milk mixture.
    Add sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Pour into casserole and sprinkle with nutmeg as you wish.
    Place casserole in a pan of warm water and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 or until firm.
    Serves 6 to 8.
