Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large roast of any kind
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt
    pepper
    4 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled
Preparation
    Place roast in pan with 1/2 cup water.
    Cover with foil and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Drain liquid into frying pan with flour and dissolve.
    Add 2 cups water, salt and pepper and heat until it slightly thickens.
    Pour back into pan with roast.
    Cut potatoes into wedges and put into gravy.
    Cover with foil.
    Return to oven and bake to desired tenderness.
