Mandarin Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 c. chicken, cut into pieces
    1 tsp. candied ginger, chopped
    1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
Preparation
    Cook first 6 ingredients together, stirring, until mixture comes to a boil and is slightly thickened.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Serve over rice and sprinkle with almonds or Macadamia nuts.
    Serves 8.
