Chocolate Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    4 eggs
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    1 bar Baker's German sweet chocolate
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Break chocolate bar in half and grate.
    Beat cake mix, eggs, water, oil and pudding mix at medium speed for 3 minutes.
    Add chocolate chips and 1/2 grated chocolate bar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Mix remaining grated chocolate with confectioners sugar and sprinkle over cake while warm.
    Cake should be baked in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch rectangular pan.
