Texas Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    1 stick melted margarine
    2 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 small can crushed pineapple (with juice)
Preparation
    Mix first 5
    ingredients
    together
    until
    creamy.
    Add coconut and pineapple.
    Pour
    into\tunbaked pie shell. Cook 15 minutes at 425\u00b0 and reduce\theat
    to 350\u00b0 and bake until firm, about 25 to 30 minutes longer.
