Fiesta Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. nuts, chopped (pecans or walnuts)
    2 tsp. soda
    2 eggs (unbeaten)
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients by hand until well blended. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes in 9 x 13 pan (Pam greased). Blend cream cheese, margarine, confectioners sugar and coconut flavoring. When cake is cool spread over cake.
