Moist Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. cake flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. black coffee (hot) or 1 c. hot water
    1 c. Crisco oil
Preparation
    Cream the eggs, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
    Add the oil; mix well.
    Mix the salt, baking powder, baking soda, cake flour and cocoa together.
    Mix alternately to the above mixture with the milk.
    Last, add the hot coffee or hot water; mix well. (This cake batter will look thin.)
    Bake in two greased 9-inch cake pans or two wax paper lined pans at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Frost with your favorite frosting.
