Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. pkg. caramels or more
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 box Betty Crocker brownie mix (basic fudge mix or supreme)
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. or more chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
Preparation
    Cook caramels and condensed milk over low heat until melted. Stir often.
    Remove from heat.
    Mix brownie mix per directions on box and add chocolate chips and 1/2 cup nuts.
    Place approximately 2/3 of batter in a greased 9 x 13 pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 12 minutes.
