Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. corn oil
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. pureed, cooked carrots
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. coconut
    3/4 c. canned crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift flour, sugar, baking soda and cinnamon into a large bowl.
    Add the oil, eggs and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Fold in carrots, walnuts, coconut and pineapple.
    Bake 1 hour or until the edges have pulled away from the side of the pan and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
    Frost with cream cheese frosting.
