Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) bag fresh spinach leaves
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    1 small red onion
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. sliced almonds
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. sesame oil
    4 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. ground black pepper
    2 tsp. honey
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Combine the seasonings with the oil and whisk vigorously. Toss the remaining ingredients and top with the dressing just prior to serving.
