Chocolate Eclair - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    1 box graham crackers
    3 c. milk
    1 medium size container nondairy topping
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Combine pudding and milk.
    Beat until thick.
    Fold in nondairy topping.
    In a 9 x 13-inch dish, layer bottom with whole graham crackers.
    Pour pudding mix over crackers and add another layer of crackers on top of pudding.
    Top with icing.
