Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. American cubed cheese
    2 chicken bouillon cubes *
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. water
    10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
Preparation
    Melt onion, butter and flour together.
    Add all at once, salt, pepper and milk.
    Stir constantly for about 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Add cheese and water.
    *Dissolve cubes in water; bring to boil and add broccoli.
    Cook; do not drain.
    Add to cheese mixture.
