Angel Biscuits(Low Salt) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. flour
6 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
6 Tbsp. sugar
2 pkg. yeast
2 c. warm milk
1/4 c. liquid shortening (optional)
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup water; set aside.
Mix all ingredients (except yeast) together.
Add yeast and knead.
(The more you knead the dough, the better the biscuits.) Roll out on floured surface; cut with cutter.
Place on greased cookie sheet and let set until they raise, about double their size.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
