Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raw cranberries
1/2 orange with rind
2 apples, without skins
1/2 can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. black walnuts
Preparation

Put
first 3 ingredients through food chopper.\tAdd 1/2 can crushed
pineapple.
Sprinkle
with
sugar.
Let
stand 2 hours. Add
lemon\tJell-O\tdissolved in hot water.
Add black walnuts. Pour into mold and chill until molded.
